Elements of Structure

Manufactured out of several layers of seamless extruded stabilized flexible tubing. Additional outer layer used for protective function.

Each tube end contains pressure seal unit covered with brass ferule and PVC tubing with inflation valve at the end

Pressure data for typical  configuration

   5 - 7 PSI operational pressure
  15 PSI tested pressure for 100 % quality control
>25 PSI expected burst pressure

Protective outer layer

In order to protect the surface of the pressure holding layers from environmental impacts likes scratching, puncturing etc. we are using different materials based on use and environment of Aerotube use.
